Well... we lacked a quorum this afternoon to convene the Annual BTX Shareholders meeting... apparently everyone was in mourning from the Green Bay Packers loss to the Arizona Cardinals. We'll attempt to reschedule in the next few days or so - stay tuned here for an announcement.

It is that time once again. Our Annual Shareholders Meeting has been set for Sunday, January 10, 2010 - 5:00PM (SLT) Location: BIG Estate Amphitheater.

Agenda as follows;

5:00-5:15PM - Discussion of 2009 Performance Results
5:15-5:30PM - 2010 Business Plan and Strategy
5:30-5:45PM - Election of 2010 Officers and Board of Directors
5:45-6:00PM - Open Questions & Answers
